Job Growers Incorporated’s vision for the youth of Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties is that they become good citizens, leaders, and successful participants in their communities and the area economy. The youth programs funded by Job Growers help to carry out this vision by focusing on staying in school, achieving a diploma, gaining work experience and earning industry recognized credentials.
