Most of the real work of the Enterprise happens in its committees. These working groups offer opportunities to engage the larger community in addition to Enterprise Board members. The committees also provide much of the intelligence that helps Enterprise Board members deliver on the mission and guides Enterprise investment decisions.
Standing Committees/Councils:
- • WorkSource Oregon Committee: supports and oversees the programming offered by the four WorkSource Oregon Centers in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties.
- • Youth Workforce Development Council: supports and oversees the Enterprise’s efforts to create a more comprehensive set of services to promote workforce development for young adults in the region.
- • Current Workforce Committee: provides policy guidance and oversees the Enterprise’s investments into current workforce training programs.
- • Finance Committee: oversees the financial health of the organization.
- • Board Membership Committee: recruits new members and assures the overall health and training of the board.
