The Enterprise for Employment and Education’s vision is that young people (ages 17-21) in the Mid-Willamette Valley will be good citizens, leaders, and successful participants in the region’s economy. To support this vision, the Enterprise makes an annual investment of $2 million to implement a Youth Opportunity System, an integrated network of services available to help youth complete secondary education, obtain occupation skills or post-secondary education, enter employment, and advance along career pathways that lead to success.
This system is overseen by the Enterprise Youth Council, with input from key stakeholders, including businesses, youth, families of eligible youth, educators, and service providers.
